Following the ideals of Mother and Sri Aurobindo on 'Education for Life', we have included the Life Education Program into our curriculum.

The aim is to not only provide a first class vocational training but also give the young woman or man an education in life-skills which are necessary in today’s working- and social environment.

AIS is the only Industrial School in Tamil Nadu to provide this kind of extracurricular activities.

 

The following courses are offered:

      •   Spoken English
      •   Leadership and Communication training
      •   Conflict management
      •   Interview- and CV training
      •   Health care and family planning (HIV-Prevention, hygiene, etc.)
      •   Environmental and social awareness
      •   Sports and Yoga
